CSOCommunity Service Organization (CSO) is a leadership experience that empowers high school students to directly make an impact on their community through involvement in service, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector. While in the program, students identify important needs within their communities and are given a "hands-on" opportunity to participate in philanthropic activities to address those needs. After completing a $500 student-fundraising challenge, CSO receives a grant from the El Pomar Foundation of $5,000 for distribution to local nonprofit organizations.

The CSO advisor at Crowley County High School is Mrs. Gail Anderson.
